The METClean XL MULTI Plus is a UK-built multi-service DPF cleaning machine that cleans DPFs, EGRs, CATs, intercoolers and radiators using Micro Cavitation, plus integrated pressure testing.

Underneath the new control system sits the same heavy-duty hardware that made the METClean XL a workshop mainstay. Micro Cavitation technology creates microscopic bubbles in the aqueous solution that implode on contact with soot and ash, loosening compacted deposits that high-pressure washing alone can miss. A Chromoly 2.5 kW three phase pump with a dynamic Soft Start introduces pressure gradually to protect the filter core, while a seven stage filtration system keeps abrasive ash out of the pump for low maintenance running. The AISI 430 stainless steel construction and 200 litre tank carry over unchanged, so you gain the new multi-service software without losing any of the durability the XL is known for.
