Many Mercedes models can suffer from faulty Electronic Steering Locks (ESL). Replacing the ESL is expensive and requires specialist programming.

A cost-effective alternative is an ESL emulator. We supply and program the emulator to your vehicle—at a fraction of the cost of a new ESL.

Simply send us your Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS) along with a working key, and we’ll program a plug-and-play emulator for your existing wiring—no further programming needed.

If your ESL is stuck in the locked position and can’t be removed, you can send us the steering column and we’ll remove it for you.

We can also supply and program a spare key at the same time if interested.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not possible on vehicles with FBS4 systems. The simplest way to check this is if there's a 7 or 8-digit code printed on your key.
